Time Out says

A precursor to Lunar New Year festivities, the Flower Market Fair is the place for families to load up on fruits, candies and of course, fresh flowers to decorate for the coming celebrations. In addition to this swirl of activity in already-bustling Chinatown, attendees are greeted by traditional Chinese magicians and acrobats and charmed by traditional folk dance and opera performances. Find the fair on Grant Avenue between Clay and Broadway and follow the scent of fresh spring bouquets throughout the neighborhood.
