SF Indie Fest is taking over Chinatown’s historic and beautifully renovated Great Star Theater weekends for the entire month of July, serving up new and classic films from the genre that once flourished in this very venue. With dozens of screenings to check out, you’re sure to find a beloved stand-by (Enter the Dragon, The Legend of Drunken Master), a new favorite (Jade Warrior) or something co-starring an early-aughts hip-hop star (Romeo Must Die, Cradle 2 the Grave).
