Time Out says

The traditional African-American street festival kicks of its 67th year with its wonderful parade featuring classic car clubs, black cowboys and more. It lands at Fillmore between Turk and Geary where you’ll find live music and comedy onstage, and other attractions worth checking out: a fashion show, the Uhuru African Village Experience and an exhibit honoring black astronauts and inventors.
