The Nutcracker Under the Dome

Every half-hour, shoppers pause in their holiday hustle to gape up at the Westfield Centre’s ceiling, where an animated 3D light show plays across the mall’s 1908 glass dome. (The display lasts six minutes, so some pint-size viewers opt to sprawl on the floor.) The Nutcracker-inspired projections are the creation of local tech studio Obscura Digital.
