This cozy little spot feels more like a book café with round tables, warm lights and pots of succulents, rather than a public library. Located on the 12th floor of the Mapo-gu Office, there’s a queue outside the library even before it opens. Seats at the windows are especially popular, with a view that extends to Seongsan Bridge. The sky and the water are tinted with warm, beautiful colors as the sun makes its evening descent.
