This gala dinner, lead by 2 Michelin Star chef Jean-François Piège, is set to be the main event for the 10 year anniversary celebration of the hotel. Chef Piège, considered by many to be one of France’s next generation chefs, has had previous work experience working with culinary virtuoso Alain Ducasse as well as ‘Chef of the Century’ Joël Robuchon before setting up his own restaurant Le Grand Restaurant. He and his establishment were awarded 2 Michelin Stars within the first 5 months of opening, creating a stir in the culinary world. Now Chef Piège runs another more casual restaurant called Clover.
At Haevichi, Chef Piège has prepared a 12 course gala dinner. Not only will you experience his signature dishes but also dishes using premium quality Korean ingredients. Only 100 seats for the formal dinner are available, each costing 250,000 won.
