Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas

While there are a lot of hotels near and surrounding COEX mall, InterContinental Grand Seoul Parnas, built into the mall itself, comes unbeatably close. Although it's a high-end business hotel, you're certainly paying for the location, not the luxury. Despite the 2-year renovation that took place in 2006, the rooms at the hotel are spacious but the deluxe rooms' windows are rather small, and the green-brown color scheme isn't exactly what you call contemporary. However, with the CALT airport bus, the World Trade Center, and major department stores and theaters nearby, the hotel does have everything you need within a lazy walking distance. As far restaurants with views go, try Table 34 for a romantic French dinner on the 34th floor. Their French buffet is also a great treat if you are a fan of brunch and unlimited cocktails.
