Two chefs from the Beijing Grand Millennium Hotel have come down to Seoul Hilton’s Chinese Restaurant Taipan to cook an array of Guangdong-style dishes. Chef Liang Zong Can, expert of Chinese style barbeque, and Chef Zhang Chuan Lei, expert of Guangdong-style dishes, will offer up dishes such as mushroom and tofu soup; sautéed shrimp and broccoli; Guangdong-style pork; vegetables with oyster sauce; seafood and crab roe rice and more. You can also enjoy specialties such a Pecking duck (88,000 won), black pepper meat in Guangdong-style (56,000 won), and duck and cabbage fried rice (21,000 won). There will also be s epical Chiense gala dinner on April 22nd at 7pm.
