Indian Cuisine @ Millennium Seoul Hilton Café 395

From March 16^th to 26^th, Chef Machindra Kasture will be serving the best of Indian cuisine at Café 395 at the Millennium Hilton. The buffet will include naan, curries, dal, Indian rice pilaf, Indian desserts and much more. Currently the Executive Chef of The Ashok in New Delhi, Chef Kasture owns the title of Best Chef of India after his career spanning three decades, including an 8-year tenure as executive chef at the Rashtrapati Bhavan (the official Presidential Residence). He has prepared delicacies to world leaders including former US President Barack Obama  and Queen Elizabeth. The price of this exclusive Indian buffet is set at 94,000 won for lunch and 99,000 won for dinner.
