Japanese restaurant Hanazono has invited Hashimoto Kenichi, head chef of two-Michelin-star restaurant Ryozanpaku, to prepare kaiseki (Japanese-style course dinner). Ryozanpaku is a highly respected restaurant in Kyoto that has held its Michelin stars for the last seven years. On May 12th, there will be a special gala dinner with sake pairings where chef Hashimoto Kenichi himself will introduce the dishes.
