At the Grand Hyatt’s basement 322 Seowol-ro, the steakhouse restaurant will be serving a variety of steak dishes using its Pira Charcoal ovens (the opening of 322 Sowol-ro marked the very first introduction to techniques using these special ovens).
For their lunch hours, they will be offering their special Pira Oven Burgers made with scrumptious chicken steak gilled inside the 400-degree oven. Take outs are also available. With complimentary fries, the burger is priced at 26,000 won (incl. tax).
