JW Mariott's strawberry buffet is back in a refreshed Milanese vibe for 2017. What does it mean? An array of Italian goodness, both sweet and savory, of course! Lead by head pastry chef Chad Yamagata from Canada, the buffet will include homemade strawberry dishes like white chocolate strawberry tarts, fresh baked strawberry biscuits, kardinalschnitte made with meringue, a traditional Italian dessert zabaglione and strawberry cheese cake with mascarpone. In addition to the desserts, JW Mariott will prepare a few savory Italian dishes a la carte along with coffee and premium teas. The buffet will open from 2pm unrtil6pm on weekdays and is separated into 3 time frames on the weekends.
