The Shilla Hotel Seoul

The building’s 23 floors are filled with 464 rooms that range from traditional suites to hanoks (rooms with a traditional Korean style décor). Restaurants here include the Chinese cuisine eatery, Palsun, the Japanese restaurant Ariake, and Korean fine dining, La Yeon.  La Yeon, in particular, has been credited for its complete Korean dining experience with high quality seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes. The outdoor pool named Urban Island reopened after a mass renovation two years ago and is consistently named one of the guests’ favorite facilities.
