India’s finest Mexican restaurant La Bodga’s head chef Raul Martinez Ramirez has been invited to Seoul this fall to be a part of Grande Hyatt’s Mexican Food Festival. Chef Ramirez’s impressive background includes teaching at the Cordon Bleu in Mexico and working at Monaco’s Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. With his expertise, Ramirez will be serving quesadillas and guacamole to thinly cut cactus salads and ceviche along with traditional dishes like chicken or beef with thick mole sauce. A complimentary glass of tequila will be offered to each guest.
