Time Out says

Homo Hill, Hooker Hill, Holly Hill. The most interesting alleys of Itaewon are going to be LOUD with LGBTQIA artists. From August 20th, the fun-loving, truly local group of queer culture-planners, itsokpeople, will bring nine days of artist workshops involving photography, film and street art.

The photography and film program, which is held on August 20, 27 and September 10, will allow participants to create and share their visual interpretations of Itaewon. On September 3, 10 and 18, diverse forms of public art will be explored as a community.

The works created in these workshops will be showcased on September 24, at Itaewon’s gay bars and clubs. On the same day, the most exciting queer performers and musicians in Korea, including Flash Flood Darlings, Kirara and Heezy Yang, will be performing. In addition, their art market as well as drag makeover event will welcome anyone who's interested in queer culture and art.

Applications for the art programs are available in the link below.
