Time Out says

Gana Art Gallery initially opened its doors in 1983, but moved to Pyeongchang-dong in 1998 for a fresh new start. Designed and built by French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the gallery is situated beautifully with Bukhansan (Bukhan Mountain) on the far horizon. The sloping hills around the gallery lend a sense of solidity and support the gallery visually. The building is around 2810m² in scale, complete with three large exhibition spaces as well as outdoor concert halls, restaurants, and art shops in which both exhibitions and sales are made in the same space. Exhibtions are held throughout the year in the commeoration of great masters, and in the outdoor concert space, various music events and fashion shows are held as pop-up events.
