Café la Noche is Alegria's signature coffee. It’s a Dutch coffee topped with handmade milk foam. They add a little bit of coffee to the foam as it goes better with the coffee beneath it. Their house blend, Jungle Espresso, which has a slight chocolaty aroma, is also quite popular.
