One of the most-Instagrammed cafés in Busan, Brown Hands boasts a unique exterior reminiscent of its former identity: Busan's first modern clinic, Baekje Hospital, built in 1922. Inside and out, you'll find how the old and rough structures of the building are melded naturally with contemporary furniture, lights, doornobs and plants. The coffee itself served at Brown Hands may be nothing special, but the vibe offered at the café is certainly a memorable one.
