A library, a café, an art gallery, a rooftop — ChiChiPoPo, a.k.a. Chipori, has got them all. This quite spacious venue is usually free from large crowds of people, with only the window seats taken up. Although the white interior has a slightly clinical feeling to it, the atmosphere is softened up by the nice selection of homey furniture and shelves full of books and magazines. One of the corners is a dedicated art space where the visitors can stock up on some artistic inspiration. In the back, there is a narrow stairway leading to the rooftop. It’s not elaborately decorated in any way, but it’s a great spot to take in the Mullae-dong vibe. While there isn’t anything special about the café menu, the level of chillness that the space itself exudes, we’d say, is a good reason to visit this library.
