The Westin Chosun Seoul was established in 1914 as one of the first western-style hotels of Korea. In celebration of its 103th anniversary, the hotel has reinvented the boulangerie-pâtisserie Chosun Deli featuring 103 new products developed over the past year based on its hospitality and culinary expertise. With posh details added to the flavors and packaging of its bakery and confectionery items, Chosun Deli will serve as a special gift destination beyond a simple snack stop. This change also includes new and unique single-serving breads and flour confections.
Some of the most exciting items in the selection are the macatias made with natural sugar cane caramels, the wild yeast rye bread along with the Jalapeño & Chorizo and Aglio e Olio loaves. Chosun Deli’s new offerings also include scrumptious dessert items such as mascarpone cheese cakes, decadent chocolate brownie tarts with crispy cream puffs and signature banana cake filled with sweet banana cream and fresh bananas. On every Thursday in the month of April, complimentary items will be offered with any purchase over 30,000 won.
