Chef Joseph Lidgerwood has been staying in Korea since January this year. For the whole duration of his stay, and without any exaggeration, Lidgerwood's been exploring the city, the woods and the ocean to find rare and locally-sourced ingredients, including native rabbits and Aralia elata shoots. By delicately plating the stories and techniques that he's explored by traveling all over the peninsula—even traditional Korean Buddhist cuisine which he experimented with Ven. Wonhae of Gounsa temple—Lidgerwood has thrown 3 sets of incredible pop-ups in his own brand so far. Soon, this young chef with over a decade's experience from around the world is headed to Napa’s The French Laundry. The series of 3-day pop-up starting on June 16th will be the last set of events he's hosting in Seoul before he embarks on the new career. Limited to only 8 guests per night, this intimate get-together will be sure to offer inspiring and delicately complex experience. Each ticket is priced at 120,000 won. Schedule is as follows.
