Park Royal boasts an expansive Italian menu. Among the many dishes, the most popular include the sage buttered shellfish linguine, poached egg and spinach pasta, roast chicken arugula salad, and risotto ball. Attention is paid to details, as can be seen with the ingredients: Italian flour and authentic risotto rice, fresh Italian mozzarella, and beets for red pickles. The tea list consists of items such as scones and toast, English breakfast brunch food, and tea from Mariage Frères, TWG and Rosenfeld.
