Time Out says

At first glance, Sui57 Atelier & Café might strike you as the typical “cute” café. However, upon closer inspection you’ll notice the small artistic details that go beyond latte foam art. Having specialized in a traditional Korean craft similar to nacre lacquerware, owner Park Sui is also an artist who details even the longo con panna (their take on Italian espresso with cream) with a bit of a flare. Meander towards the back of the café and you’ll find that they still have a small studio space filled with hammers and scissors to work on things during off-peak hours. While their lunch hour is the busiest with nearby company workers coming for the mushroom bulgogi panini or their homemade rice panini, curious customers often come back after work hours and purchase some of their handcrafted goods that are displayed in the window.
