Time Out says

Streams of people head up the stairs to the second floor to get a table at this restaurant that has a wooden sign on it. Yoonkyungyang Sikdang is run by a couple who were born and raised in Seongsu-dong. They only sell three simple dishes here. We definitely recommend their pork cutlet as the owner has reinterpreted this beloved dish in her own way. The pork cutlet is nice and thick, and is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The homemade demi-glace sauce that is poured over it isn’t sweet, but is instead lightly seasoned. It’s served with salad and white rice (with black sesame seeds sprinkled on it).
