Time Out says

Near Nakseongdae Station, a beaten down store stands with piles of books in front, bustling with old men and students. Upon stepping inside you will be greeted by rows and rows of books varying from children’s books to magazines and philosophy books. While the number of English books is limited, there is a bookshelf dedicated to foreign novels and magazines on the left side of the store. You can sell your books at 10-30% the retail price or get a 40-50% on book purchases. The place is worth a visit but beware, a note below the opening time reads: “Might be late, don’t wait.”
