Time Out says

Have you been trying to tighten your grip on those fading childhood memories? You should definitely stop by Toin. The moment you enter and look around, you’ll be absolutely floored by how many memories are triggered by the items in the room, especially if you grew up in Korea. The owner opened shop when he realized that he liked old things and was a bit of a hoarder, and then decided to make the most of it. People are grateful to this shop for its mere existence: from its storefront, unchanged since 1996, it has given so many people a treasure trove’s worth of Korean childhood memories. There are so many vintage items in the shop: things like paper dolls, old stamps, and toys, as well as things that many of us once used daily and have since all but forgotten. There are even packets of old-timey junk food that we once snacked on as schoolchildren. Of the many things on display, the rarer ones are rather pricey, while some unique items on display simply aren’t for sale.
