YMC Flagship Store

British fashion brand YMC is loved for its modern and casual designs. It began in London in 1995, inspired by American industrial designer Raymond Loewy, who said, “You must create your own style,” when asked about the future of design. YMC’s shop in Hannam-dong is its third flagship store in the world, and the very first to open outside the U.K. On the first floor, illuminated by a large neon sign that reads “You must Create,” are simple items, including shirts and sunglasses. As you head down to the basement, you'll see a much larger space with the brand’s entire collection for women and men, plus shoes, bags and other product lines.
