Those of you who've decided to stay in town during Seollal should make your way to the National Folk Museum of Korea. The official celebration, The Rooster, Welcoming the New Dawn, will begin on the 27th and go on until the 30th. There will be a plenty of traditional performances along with activities, including kite making (4,000 won to 5,000 won), bokjori (luck charm) making (on the 25th only), eating tteokguk (2,000) and a whole lot of free games.
