Time Out says

Get a whiff of fresh roasted coffee beans, the deep yet light fragrance of teas at the Seoul Coffee & Tea Fair. It won’t be a convention of only big brand names in the coffee industry, but rather an opening for also the small yet experienced coffee houses. This year, the first floor will be dedicated to the Coffee & Tea fair presenting coffee beans, machines, tools, ingredients, decorative items, from both the domestic and international market. The 3rd floor will be occupied by the Home Café Festival which focuses on B2C (Business to Consumer) products for those who are into making fresh coffee at home. Other than the convention itself, a wide array of competitions and seminars will take place. In accordance with the changing trends, this year's event will host a Home Roasting Championship and also a Public Cupping Contest. You can participate in any of the 20 seminars (schedules are available on the event website and Facebook page) conducted by well-known coffee/tea educators and industry professionals of the country, where you might be able to take away a nice few tips for roasting your own beans at home. Unlike the previous years, the opening ceremony won't involve the traditional tape-cutting but the 365 Hand Drip Show, where 365 baristas create their version of coffee at the same time and share it with everyone (this unique performance has already been registered to the Guinness World Record)—something to see, something to taste!
