Have you imagined participating in one of Korea’s major marathons? Seoul International Marathon, known to be the third longest-running marathon in all of Asia, is making its 88th edition this March. It will be quite an event to kick off the cold weather, to run alongside fellow Seoulites, expats and maybe even spot some world-renowned runners. Just make sure you register by 5pm today — 35,000 spots have been reserved already! The 42km-course will begin at Gwanghwamun Plaza at 8am and finish at Jamsil Sports Complex (the time limit is 5 hours). If the full course is too much for you, you might want to come in a group for the 42195 Relay course. Lastly, the shortest is the 10km course (15,000 available spots) and a time limit of an hour and 30 minutes. All participants will be given a free shirt from Adidas, an official sponsor of the event.
