Sinchon Halloween Festival

While you can't go around knocking on people's door to get candies, you can head to the main street of Sinchon for this year's Halloween. Yes, it is usually a rather vibrant place with young college students, but for one night it will be occupied with zombies, ghosts and other eerie looking creatures. There will be a free makeup booth where you can get professional makeup done be transformed into characters like Joker and Harley Quin from Suicide Squad, a Halloween market, a parade and an "outdoor club" where you can dance all night.
