The Centre for Women says
Do you find yourself frustrated with your job? Do you get overwhelmed by interactions with your boss? Do you find yourself feeling sluggish in the morning and dreading the drive to work? Many of us are discontented in our jobs but have to stay in them to meet our needs. This interactive workshop will show you how to use art as an emotional band-aid and help you to manage those stressful moments at work more effectively. In this creative workshop you'll learn the top 10 common triggers to stress in the workplace, you'll create a mandala for stress reduction, and leave with an art goodie bag to take home. You don't need to be creative nor have any background in art, come ready to relax and have some fun.
