But Is It True?

The Centre for Women says
Truly successful people aren’t any more talented, educated, or brainier than you but they do know how to separate truth from fiction. What assumptions are you making about yourself or your world, or how things work, that are holding you back for achieving all that you want to achieve?

Executive and Leadership coach Laura Scott takes you through a process of identifying the all-too-common assumptions that serve as blocks to achievement and well-being, and shares the tools and tricks life and executive coaches use to overcome the limiting beliefs and assumptions that, if believed as true, can keep us small and feeling powerless.

In this fun and truth-affirming program you will:
Identify the assumptions that are holding you back.

-Learn how to apply the truth meter and challenge those assumptions.
-Create new, real-time truths that support your goals and well-being.
- Learn how assumptions, mind chatter and story-telling work together to keep us from achieving our dreams and potential.
