Awaken Your Voice. Awaken Your Heart.

Sadhana Pada is the chapter on practice. Sadhana is a practice which aims to remove cycles of suffering and overcome pre-existing patterns in order to live a more connected and peaceful life.

The Yoga Sutras are considered one of the most authoritative classical texts on yoga, authored by the Sage Patanjali. Although popularly known as a philosophical text, Patanjali's work is fundamentally a very practical guide to the purpose, meaning and objective of our lives as human beings. Patanjali presents the mind as both the source of and the solution to all our difficulties and shows us the means by which we can rise above our baser instincts and progressively refine the mind so that it achieves and sustains its highest possible potential. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are the guidebook for practicing yoga and offer a path to find inward peace and calmness within our body and mind.

Chanting increases awareness and allows you to live in the present moment. Chanting helps to open the throat area and connect to your inner voice. As we chant together, we are not singing, we’ll be talking with a rhythm - No experience necessary.
