Explore Your Future's two-session workshop series gives aspirants a unique opportunity to consider "what's next" in their lives. Through dynamic activities and thoughtful discussions, attendees learn how to bring about change in their lives, take steps to pursue goals, and create a vision for their future. This interactive hands-on learning experience focuses on helping adults create a vision for making their future most satisfying and rewarding. Helping people envision the next phase of life, whether that path be pursuing learning, new work opportunities, civic engagement, or creating their new business venture, it is where you will find yourself upon completing the Explore Your Future Workshop!
This exciting EXPLORE YOUR FUTURE workshop consists of:
Session 1 - March 31st
What has influenced me? In this beginning session you will reflect on what has influenced your live, patterns that define who you are, and what you focused most of your time on. Who am I now? Through self-assessment and discovery, you will identify transition, how to manage change, and what makes you unique through your values, interests, passion and aspirations.
Session 2 - April 2nd
How can I realize my dreams? Once you gain more self-awareness through the workshop, you will begin to address practical ways to align your values, interests, abilities, and strengths by creative techniques for envisioning and exploring options.
How do I create an engaged life? In this final session you will develop an individual plan of action, and identify challenges and resources to reaching YOUR goals.
