Learn how to set intentions mindfully by getting into your own body, mind, and soul with our Mindful Intentions for 2016. Melissa Leger will guide you through mindfulness exercises, affirmation or sankalpa guidance, yoga asana practice, followed by yoga nidra, and a vision board practical exercise. This dynamic workshop will give you the tools to get the most of your regular yoga practice and send out positive vibrations to lead a more fulfilling and dynamic life.
