National Robotics Week says
Catch a glimpse into our future of robotics in medicine, space and everyday life in MOSI’s National Robotics Week April 4 - 12. There will be a variety of exciting programs offered inside MOSI’s inventor studio, Idea Zone® and activities throughout the museum hosted by the S.T.E.A.M.punks, all included with MOSI admission.

Saturday, Apr. 4
12 – 5 p.m.- TBA Games Demonstration of PeriAerion
1 – 4 p.m.- USF Biomorphic Lab Insect Robot Demonstration
1 – 4 p.m.- USF Robot Perception and Action Lab Research Demonstration

Friday, Apr. 10
1 – 4 p.m.- Aldebaran Robotics Demonstration of NAO Robots

Saturday, Apr. 11
9 – 6 p.m.- FIRST Robotics Tournament

MOSI is inviting guests to experience the fun and excitement of building and playing with robots while exploring new possibilities for our future. Included with MOSI admission, guests can race robots around a maze as they learn how robots can be used to rescue people. Guests can also create and code robots to play in mini robot games or solve engineering challenges. Special presentations will take place throughout the week with robotic researchers from USF and Aldebaran Robotics. MOSI's National Robotics Week celebration will be a museum-wide experience with inspiration galore for guests of all ages.
