Two years ago hundreds of activists stood up and demanded Hillsborough County leaders begin talking about transportation again. We won. Now that conversation is nearing an end. We are asking everyone who wants more options to go this meeting and have their voice heard.
GO Hillsborough has had thousands of participants and 24 meetings and now they are asking us to make choices.They want to know if we should even "consider" a new revenue and how much we should dedicate to options like transit, walk and bike.
If you want to see Hillsborough give you choices, now this the time to do it. You don't need to go for long just drop by for a few minutes to fill out a one page form to "VOTE" on those two questions -- should we even "consider" new revenue and what resources should we put towards options. If you've already done it come again, but this time bring a friend or two with you.
This will be one of the last chances to have a say on these two questions. We need you there.
