Octo Dog

Lisbon’s first octopus hot dog was born at the Time Out Market, more precisely at Sea Me. Its success among both locals and tourists was such that it could only grow into a brand of its own: Octo Dog, which now has a single-product kiosk in the market. Starting from the traditional Sea Me octopus hot dog, chef Elísio Bernardes created three new versions. The octopus is cooked at a low temperature to preserve all its juices, resulting in an extremely tender texture, and the bread is made with sourdough.
