Tuna Fight Club

On October 9, Time Out Market Lisbon will turn into a true gastronomic ring with the Tuna Fight Club, an event designed to impress all the senses. The star of the night will be a giant 220 kg bluefin tuna, considered the Rolls Royce of tunas, caught off the coast of Olhão and carved live in the heart of the market.

The showdown will be led by Elísio Bernardes from Sea Me, joined by other Time Out Market resident chefs: João Sá, Susana Felicidade, Miguel Castro e Silva, and Rogério dos Santos (from Confraria). Each chef will have the mission of creating two exclusive dishes from a portion of the tuna, revealed only at the moment, resulting in a unique tasting menu that reflects each one’s personality and creativity.

The wine selection will be curated by O Bar da Odete. At the end, the dishes will be judged by the audience in a fun and relaxed competition. The event will be hosted by Fernando Alvim, with the soundtrack provided by DJ Até Terça, ensuring an energetic atmosphere.

Guests will be able to closely enjoy this gastronomic experience in a reserved seating area, with tickets available for purchase.
