Yes, you read that right: the 'voice of his generation' and recent Nobel Laureate is headlining Fuji Rock 2018. This is Bob Dylan's first time returning to Japan since winning the 2016 Nobel Prize for Literature (and finally accepting it).
Since playing at the Nippon Budokan for the first time way back in 1978, Bob Dylan has been to Japan nine times – that's more than most international artists. More impressively, he has played a total of 100 shows in Japan and this upcoming Fuji Rock gig will be his 101th. We'll be sure to give him a warm welcome.
