Sakura season arrived a tad early this year, transforming Tokyo's many parks and rivers into fairy tale-like settings. The bloom of these delicate pink and white flowers signal the peak tourist season in the city, and with it comes a rush of photographers, Instagrammers and social media hounds who would do almost anything to capture that perfect shot before the fragile flowers wither within a week or so.
