Starbucks has yet to release an official photo of its full sakura collection together, but you can now view the entire line-up online. The items will be available in stores from February 18, with online pre-orders opening at 8pm on February 16.
Alongside the merchandise collection, Starbucks is also releasing three new sakura-inspired beverages: the Sakura Bloom White Peach Frappuccino, Sakura Sakuyo Latte and Sakura Sakuyo White Peach Soda. Pairing white peach with cherry blossom is a smart choice, as the fruit doesn’t overpower the delicate sakura flavour, complementing it nicely instead.
For even more sakura vibes, head to Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo along the Meguro River, which has its own cherry blossom collection of stainless steel bottles, mugs, glasses and stationery. The Reserve Roastery collection will be available in stores from February 18 and online from February 16.
In addition to the sakura collection, the store will also showcase an immersive miniature art event: a Tokyo Sakura Wall covered with thousands of pink coffee cards and special sakura coasters served with drinks. More information on this year’s sakura events at the Reserve Roastery can be found on the website.
