Sichuan cuisine meets A5-grade wagyu at the latest fusion project from fine meat purveyors Sangue, the folks behind the Ushigoro chain of upscale yakiniku joints. Combining the traditional cooking techniques and flavours of southwestern China with playful presentation and an international cast of ingredients, Cina is also aiming to charm adventurous diners with plain – almost industrial-looking – but stylish décor and a lengthy menu that includes 'Chinese tapas'. Should be a fun a date spot, if nothing else.
