Feast on crab at Grand Hyatt Tokyo this season as the hotel serves up a series of crab-heavy menus at two of the in-house restaurants. Head over to The Oak Door for a decadent crab burger made with butter-sautéed Taraba King Crab legs (instead of the conventional beef patty) and topped with fresh veggies and chipotle sauce. For something a little more extravagant, the steakhouse is also offering a four-course 'Surf and Turf' private party plan for year-end celebrations (Dec 15-Jan 5); it features Taraba King Crab as well as the restaurant's signature Tomahawk F1 wagyu rib-eye steak.

The French Kitchen, on the other hand, is hosting the Crab Fisherman's Wharf all-you-can-eat buffet, where you can savour a variety of dishes prepared with king crab and snow crab, both of which are the ultimate winter delicacies.
