Time Out says

Contrary to its name, this new outlet in Kita-Aoyama’s upcoming shopping complex Nono is not a hotel but a restaurant. Hotel’s, which opened on October 1, is headed by Shusaku Toba, owner and chef of Michelin-star French restaurant Sio

Like his Yoyogi-Uehara restaurant, chef Toba wanted Hotel’s to have a comfortable and welcoming feel, where people could drop in at any time of day to eat good, honest food in a relaxed environment (as you would at the all-day coffee shop of an upscale hotel). With an interior designed to match Sio's, the chairs and tables at Hotel's are all crafted by Maruni, a renowned woodworking company based in Hiroshima, while the beautiful artisanal ceramic tableware are sourced from Ibaraki-based La Maison de Vent.

The menu features universal favourites like avocado toast and hamburgers, though Toba has put his own spin on each of the classics. There are different dishes on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but one item that’s available at any hour is the signature salad made with 20 different kinds of produce tossed lightly with a simple dressing of honey, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Morning and lunch sets start at ¥2,500 while dinner is ¥13,000 for 9 courses. Drink pairings during dinner service are available for ¥8,000 for six alcoholic beverages or ¥7,000 for six non-alcoholic beverages.
