Kakigori Fair at Takashimaya Shinjuku

Kakigori fans will want to make a beeline for Takashimaya Shinjuku as the department store is hosting a shaved-ice dessert fair at its basement depachika. Serving up some of the coolest ice in town, the fair is featuring three special kakigori shops from out of town: two from Nara and one from Gifu. It's the perfect time to try the creations from these speciality shops without having to leave Tokyo.
