Shortly after Osaka's La Cime was named one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants of 2022, chef Yusuke Takada is out to open a new outpost of his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo in partnership with chef Tokushima Toru of The Upper restaurant.
Found on the ninth floor of Chiyoda Terrace, Nine by La Cime is a modern French restaurant that serves a 12-course tasting menu made with ingredients from different regions of Japan. The elegantly calm atmosphere here is a contrast to the hustle and bustle of the upstairs brasserie (The Upper) and allows diners to focus on the subtle flavours and nuances of each dish.
Nine by La Cime opens on July 7 and reservations for the dinner tasting menu (¥18,000 per person) are now available via Table Check.
