Time Out says

Yoyogi-Uehara-based French restaurant Sio has just opened its second branch in Marunouchi, bringing the restaurant's signature fusion of French and washoku cuisine to Tokyo's business crowds. A place for developing new cultures, O/Sio will be a space where diners can enjoy music curated by DJ Muro to match their meals.

Putting the honorific 'o' in front of the eatery's name is owner-chef Shusaku Toba's way of showing appreciation towards his young team of chefs and staff. The restaurant's logo design is created by creative director Manabu Mizuno, who is also known for designing Kumamoto prefecture's famous mascot, Kumamon.
