This new eatery is the first outpost of Ponchi-ken’s Kanda branch, that's listed in the Michelin’s Bib Gourmand guide. Go for their perfectly crunchy yet juicy pork loin cutlets (rosu katsu) of the lean Okinawan-bred pork, or simply opt for one of their popular katsu curry or tonkatsu sandwiches.
